(More customer reviews)It works as it said it would, and works on LED lights like it said it would, for a five-wire system, and using the "extra" cable, you can make a long connector to make it really easy to hook up to a to a too-short pigtail on a trailer tongue. Smart. It is cheaper than a similar model in the stores and you can't get this combo with the spare pigtail, in stores, I looked and looked. Must be a factory to dealer option only. I probably will wind up wiring my land rover with another as it too has the five wire "European" lighting setup. If you only need the four wire setup, try Walmart. If you need the five wire setup, this is perfect. I am going to buy one for my motorcycle, which of course is five-wire by nature of the signal lights being out on stems.
You might opt to get small sized wire nuts, although the supplied connectors will work but I think they are a little "iffy" if the wire gets tugged hard. Or solder and cover with electrical tape to be extra sure....buy it, it's a gem.
