(More customer reviews)DO NOT BUY THIS unit. This unit does not sound very good and it works for about a week at a time.. If/when something goes wrong with it, you have to pay to ship it to them (about $15) then insert a $15 money order into the box for them to ship it back. I have done gone through 3 units so far and they want me to pay to ship it back for a third time.. I have called the tech center on multiple occasions after waiting for 30 minutes, I finally speak to a person that wants to take my information and call me back. THEY NEVER DO. Not even the manager will call you back! This time the person stated the manager was in China?! They are really nice and I do not blame the representatives in whole, but this is ridiculous. Do not buy this unit, do not buy BOSS. I am awaiting a call-back from the operations manager.. I will update or change my review IF he calls me back. Unlikely.
