(More customer reviews)I just installed these earlier today, and wow, was the sound so clear. I was accustomed to the stock speakers for awhile, but, when I heard these first hand connected to a 4 channel 400 watt amp, I was amazed on the clarity, the loudness, and the warm, bright sound. I can't wait to match these mids/highs to the 12" Type-R sub(s). You will definitely be wanting bass after listening to these without a sub/amp combo, since the crossovers take away the bass notes, although there is "punchy mid-bass".
