(More customer reviews)I've owned several home audio speakers from Polk over the years and they are still my favorite yet again with this car sub. 12" subs when powered correctly produce the smoothest, deepest bass and this Polk db series sub does it the best. I've had this in my suburban and powered with a 1000 watt mono amp for the last 2 years and it still drops the bass like the day I got it. Every once in a while I play my Techmaster TEB test cd just to remind myself of how low this speaker can hold a bass tone (it actually can produce deeper bass freq than the human ear can hear). I've pushed this speaker with my clean 1000 watts so many times that I wondered if I was gonna blow it. Its taken the punishment and maintained quality to this day. Very well worth the money and I recommend it to all the audiophiles out there. 5 stars all the way!
