(More customer reviews)We purchased this product to go on our Ford Flex. The Bands that go around the Roof Rack Base on Vehicle are a bit tight. They were just long enough to secure. The wrench for tightening/securing the bands are in the side underneath the THULE logo. Since it was a bit hard to pull the strap around and tighten...the tool doesn't seem to want to "snap" home into the base.
The Cross Bars (not included in the Roof Rack Foot Pack) are well constructed. Very robust. They have a slight whistling...so we tend not to have it always on...only when needed.
I am disappointed that the locks are not included with the rack foot pack...especially for the price. It was not clearly stated in the description. The End Caps are included in the foot pack...but they are not included with the cross bars. Which seems odd.

The Thule 450 Crossroad Railing-mounted Foot Pack for Car Roof Racks is designed for vehicles with factory rack side rails, and fits more vehicles than any other railing carrier. The 450 Crossroad feet give you maximum strength and a custom fit via rubber-coated steel straps, and provide for full rail protection with integrated rubber linings.
