(More customer reviews)Here's the problem. Not all Chevy's are alike. I bought this for my 2001 Chevy Venture to hook up an aftermarket head unit to. While the harness fit the factory coupler the wires were not in the right places so the unit wouldn't work. Fotunately you can take the harness apart and, after obtaining a factory wiring diagram, I was able to put the pins in the right spots to match the factory wiring diagram. I had to do this one by one and it took a while so be warned. Have a factory wire diagram on hand and be ready to do some splicing and disassebly in order to get it to work. The main advantage to going through all of this is you can now put the stock unit back in when you get rid of the car.
