(More customer reviews)this product is truly sub standard.the sound does not start coming through the system until you turn it up to about 45 or 50.you can not set the radio stations they seem to be all preset none of which i really care to listen to.the return policy is long and tedious about 3-4 weeks.I returned the first one thinking that the unit was defective only to have the second one do the same exact thing.also the cd player does not play cd properly you have to insert the cd into the player 2 or more times before it plays all the way through it stops the music as if the rest of the cd is blank after the third or forth try it will play all of the cd.I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER BOSS PRODUCT.
